The discrete composite Higgs

Abstract: We construct a simplified 4-dimensional version of the composite Higgs scenario obtained by dimensional deconstruction. Our set-up describes the dynamics of the composite Higgs as well as the physics of the first few resonances, which are the only ones accessible by the LHC. Our construction is a valid and calculable effective field theory, in which important properties of the theory, such as the S and T parameters and the Higgs potential, are predictable. We also study the properties of the simple set-up with only three deconstruction points, which describes two massive resonances of the KK towers and is already enough to reproduce the main phenomenological features of the composite Higgs scenario.
